Commercial Specialist (Logistics + Trade) Responsibilities
Arrange customs clearance for energy storage business in the Middle East; monitor clearance progress and handle related issues during customs clearance. Follow up on the issuance of import duty bills and submit applications for duty payments. Collect and compile import duty bills to support monthly tax filings for the finance team. Assist with any other matters related to import customs clearance. Process purchase orders to customers in the name of the overseas office, create delivery notes, reconcile accounts, issue invoices, and collaborate with sales to collect payment from customers. Perform other tasks assigned by leader. Comply with the company’s information security policies and actively implement related strategies. Qualifications
Solid knowledge and practical experience in international logistics or international trade; hands-on customs clearance experience is highly preferred. Fluent in English (writing and speaking), with strong communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of finance and taxation. Meticulous, proactive, and self-motivated. Work in Saudi Arabia.
