B.S. in Engineering or equivalent, and minimum industry certification from an internationally recognized agency (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.) acceptable to SEC.

8 years experience (4 years as Safety Engineer in High Voltage Projects) .

must have specific experience in execution and / or in construction management of Turnkey Projects involving substation and / or transmission lines of lines of transmission projects.
