Field Service Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment, as well as delivering comprehensive after‑sales technical support. You will serve as the face of our technical operations, maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams while ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our laboratory equipment at customer sites. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of a range of advanced instruments, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance on laboratory equipment such as X‑ray diffraction (XRD) and X‑ray fluorescence (XRF) instruments, as well as sample preparation equipment including mills, presses, and fusion machines.
• Complete scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Order and manage repair parts based on diagnostic findings.
• Provide hands‑on training to customers on the proper use, operation, and basic maintenance of our products to ensure optimal performance and user confidence.
