الوصف الوظيفيAssist in preparing budgets and forecasts for various companies under the group. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management in decision-making. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction. Manage Zakat, VAT, and corporate tax filings in compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits or reviews. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional financial activities. Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, allowances, and deductions. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies. Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus). Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a group of companies. Skills : Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Integrity and ethical conduct. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
The Accountant will manage financial transactions, ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations, and support the financial health of a diverse group of companies. This role demands a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations (e.g., Zakat, Tax, and VAT laws).
- Handle general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
