Job Description
CCL Global are seeking two experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals to support Oil & Gas operations in Saudi Arabia. We have opportunities for general HSE specialists as well as H₂S-focused safety specialists, both playing a key role in ensuring the highest safety standards across our clients’ oil & gas operations.
Location : Dammam & remote sites
Type of Contract : Permanent
Responsibilities :
- Implement and monitor compliance with company HSE policies, Saudi regulations, and international best practices.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are identified and implemented.
- Provide HSE training and toolbox talks to personnel, with a strong focus on hazard awareness and control.
- Lead emergency response readiness, drills, and incident investigations.
- For H₂S specialists : oversee H₂S detection, monitoring, and emergency systems (e.g., GDS, Airloop, BA Apparatus).
- Act as a safety role model, promoting a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
HSE Specialist (Generalist)
Relevant HSE qualifications with NEBOSH (3+ years certified).Minium 5+ years’ experience in an HSE role within oil & gas.Experience with SAWCOD approval processes preferred (or eligible with 5+ years HSE experience in Saudi Arabia).Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC strongly preferred.Must hold a valid residence visa (Iqama) with a safety-related profession (mandatory).Sour Gas (H₂S) Specialist
5+ years’ HSE experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically in H₂S operations.Certified in GDS, Airloop system, and BA Apparatus maintenance.Must hold a valid residence visa (Iqama) (mandatory).Previous oil & gas site exposure essential.Rotation : 5 months on / 1 month off.Skills & Attributes
