Role Purpose The HR Supplier will be responsible for managing outsourced employees deployed to client (third-party) companies, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, labor laws, and company policies. The role focuses on employee relations, service delivery, and coordination between the outsourcing company, the employees, and client organizations to ensure smooth workforce management. Key Responsibilities
Employee Management : Act as the main point of contact for outsourced employees assigned to client companies. Handle onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of outsourced employees. Manage employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with company and legal requirements. Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll-related data for outsourced employees. Client Coordination : Maintain strong professional relationships with client HR departments and line managers. Understand client workforce requirements and coordinate deployment accordingly. Address client concerns related to outsourced employees and provide timely resolutions. Ensure compliance with client contracts and service level agreements (SLAs). HR Operations & Compliance : Ensure employment contracts and HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations. Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR services for outsourced employees. Assist in resolving disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict management. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams regarding employee-related matters. Reporting & Documentation : Prepare regular reports on headcount, attrition, employee performance, and other HR metrics. Track and update outsourcing agreements and renewal requirements. Provide monthly updates to management and clients on outsourced workforce status. Continuous Improvement : Identify gaps in HR outsourcing processes and suggest improvements. Ensure high employee engagement and satisfaction within the outsourced workforce. Support recruitment and mobilization of new employees when required. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in outsourcing, manpower supply, or third-party staffing. Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and outsourcing processes. Experience in client relationship management and employee relations. Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRMS / ATS). Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (employees, clients, management).
