Senior Project Manager - (RC)

Overview
JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Project Manager (RC) to join our team. This position oversees complex reinforced concrete projects within the civil engineering sector. The selected candidate will leverage extensive experience to ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and innovation standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of reinforced concrete projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations
- Develop project plans that include timelines, milestones, resources, and budget considerations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Lead project teams, foster collaboration, and mentor team members to create a high-performance environment
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and solutions, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on project objectives
- Implement best practices in project execution and continually seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
