Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our growing team at HALA. What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborative - Partnering with product managers, senior leadership, engineering, design, and other teams. You will be involved in designing & shipping features across the entire product.
• Working across the entire product life cycle, from idea to ship.
• Articulate - Communicating your vision and designs effectively by presenting your work to key stakeholders.
• Accountable - Taking accountability for high design quality and contributing to the design team’s culture and growth through knowledge sharing to ensure we drive quality forward
• Inquisitive—Build domain knowledge by speaking to internal experts, monitoring feedback channels, talking with users, and reviewing usage and data. Set up, run, and synthesize learnings from user research studies and benchmarking to help inform use cases and improvements to focus on.
• Simplifying—Turning complexity into simplicity in a beautiful solution that truly solves customer needs by deeply understanding users’ problems and the capabilities of current technology.
• Meticulous—Design and prototype interfaces to make our product simple and elegant while handling every small detail. This role could involve quickly building lightweight prototypes to explore interaction patterns or an idea, or building complex prototypes.
