JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of key infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. We are a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, committed to achieving program excellence through innovative project management solutions.

As a Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for leading the project team, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement construction strategies and plans aligned with project goals.
  • Supervise daily construction activities and monitor progress against schedules.
  • Oversee contract execution and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status and issues.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budget forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
