Our client’s systems support defence, government and large-scale enterprise users across the globe, helping organisations manage real-time operations, situational awareness and secure communications. You will take accountability for sales growth across your territory by developing strategic relationships with defence and government accounts, as well as key integrators and channel partners. The role demands familiarity with complex procurement environments and the capability to position solutions that meet rigorous operational and security demands. What you’ll be doing
Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned to target sectors (defence, government, public safety). Drive the full sales cycle : identify leads, qualify opportunities, build relationships, present solutions, negotiate and close deals. Engage with military, government and partner stakeholders (end-users, system integrators, resellers) to build trusted relationships. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and marketing teams to craft solution-led proposals tailored to mission-critical requirements. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline metrics in CRM; provide regular reporting to senior management. Represent the business at relevant industry events, defence forums and partner engagements. Keep abreast of defence market dynamics, standards (e.g., NATO) and evolving technology trends in AV / IP video solutions. What you’ll bring to the role
5-10 years’ sales experience in audio-visual, IP Video, Video Streaming, Security Surveillance or IP networking solutions. Defence / government and military sales experience for ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) and control room solutions. Knowledge of NATO-STANAG and / or Mil-STD for video and surveillance workflows & data-link. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a solution-led or consultative sales role. Demonstrable experience working within defence or government procurement frameworks, and interacting with bodies such as NATO or equivalent alliances. Ability to engage with senior military, government and partner leaders; in addition to technical and business decision-makers. Experience selling through channel or partner networks as well as direct accounts. Self-motivated, well organised and comfortable working across multiple countries in MENA. Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend events. Seniority level
