This job requires relocation to Saudi Arabia for 12 months. We are looking for a highly experienced

Data Architect

to lead the design and implementation of large-scale, hybrid data architectures optimized for telecom environments. The ideal candidate will architect and operationalize secure, scalable, and governed data platforms that enable enterprise-wide analytics, AI, and data democratization. Key Responsibilities :

Lead the

end-to-end architecture

for

hybrid data environments

(on-premise and cloud), optimized for

high-volume telco data

(e.g., customer usage, billing, network logs). Ensure architectural support for

real-time analytics ,

ML pipelines , and

BI dashboards

across business units. Define and maintain

reference architecture , standards, and frameworks to enable

data democratization

and

self-service analytics . Implement

metadata management ,

security , and

governance frameworks

in compliance with

telecom and national regulatory requirements . Work closely with

CIO / CTO teams ,

data engineers , and

business stakeholders

to align the data strategy with organizational goals. Enable cross-platform interoperability and

data integration across business domains

(CVM, AI, OSS / BSS, customer experience). Required Skills & Experience :

8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing

enterprise-scale data architectures . Proven expertise in

telecommunications data environments , including OSS / BSS systems, customer 360, and usage analytics. Experience with

hybrid cloud platforms

(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and

on-prem solutions

(e.g., Cloudera, Teradata). Strong grasp of

data governance ,

privacy (PDPL, GDPR) ,

data security , and

metadata management

practices. Deep technical understanding of

data lakes ,

data warehouses ,

real-time data streaming , and

AI / ML enablement . Familiarity with

data mesh ,

data fabric , or other modern architectural paradigms.
