Mandatory Requirements

REQUIREMENTS : BIN-related initiatives, CDF migration and ICCP configuration in banks

PURPOSE OF JOB

BIN Implementation and CDF upgrade support.

TASKS

• Project Planning and Execution : Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for BIN implementation projects including the upgrade and migration to CDF3. Coordinate activities across technical teams, ensuring smooth execution. Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the Bank, Mastercard teams, and vendors. Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define BIN requirements. Ensure alignment with industry standards, compliance regulations and CDF3 specifications.
• Technical Oversight : Understand BIN-related technical aspects, including card issuance, authorization, and transaction processing. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Quality Assurance and Testing : Oversee testing phases to validate BIN functionality including CDF version upgrade. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and lessons learned. Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ongoing Technical Support : Post-implementation support for the client Product and Business teams to help configure and onboard new corporates on ICCP and Smart Data.
