Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Al Khobar. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, assisting clients in buying or selling real property, providing exceptional customer service, and managing property listings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, preparing sales documents, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service skills and experience in providing exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate markets and transactions
• Proficiency in Sales and ability to close deals
• Understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the Al Khobar real estate market is a plus
