Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate partnerships and agencies.
- Lead, train, manage and develop the sales team effectively.
- Manage and expand the existing client base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Oversee sales and rental operations to ensure smooth performance.
- Prepare sales reports, statistics, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate internally between departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Handle administrative duties and prepare related management reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience in the automotive, car rental, or mobility services industry is highly desirable.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Job Details
