Overview

Greenland Group is looking for HVAC Technician (IMANCO-STC PROJECT, Saudi Arabia) for the Greenland Group. Job ID : .

Responsibilities

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and components, including ductwork and electrical wiring.
  • Maintenance : Perform routine preventative maintenance by cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating HVAC systems and their parts.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment, such as furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
  • Customer Service : Interact with clients to discuss system problems, explain issues, and provide recommendations for maintenance or upgrades.
  • Safety & Compliance : Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure work complies with local building codes and regulations.
  • Record Keeping : Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Emergency Service : Respond to emergency calls for repairs, often performing on-call duties as needed.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
  • Skills Required : Telecommunication, Telecommunication Products & Services, Telecommunication Service, Telecommunication or ISP field work

    • Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • Experience in the following business areas is preferred : Telecommunication, Training Institutes, Computer Hardware / Network Companies, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies

    • Technical Proficiency

  • Knowledge of HVAC components, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, chillers, and ventilation systems.

    • Problem-Solving

  • Ability to diagnose complex system malfunctions and find effective solutions.
  • Skill in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to understand system layouts.

    • Communication Skills

  • Ability to clearly explain technical issues and maintenance needs to customers.

    • Physical Stamina

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, work in various settings, and tolerate extreme temperatures.

  • Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

    • Salary : Tk. 60000 - 75000 (Monthly)
