We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and managing client relationships for Valves, Insulation, Copper Pipes, and HVAC Accessories in the Saudi Arabian market. The role requires a deep understanding of the local industry, a strong network within the building services sector, and the ability to deliver on sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Building Services / HVAC / MEP sectors.
Expand market share by developing relationships with consultants, contractors, and distributors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Present, promote, and sell Valves, Insulation, Copper Pipes, and HVAC Accessories to key decision-makers.
Achieve and exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals with clients.
Work closely with internal teams including supply chain, logistics, and technical support for seamless execution.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
5-6 years of sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market within the Building Services / Firefighting / HVAC / MEP industry.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written & spoken).
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Valves, Insulation, Copper Pipes, and HVAC Accessories.
Established relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
Valid KSA driving license.
