Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term strategic vision for the specialty coffee division, driving sustainable growth and market share.
• Provide strong leadership to the entire organization, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration that aligns with our commitment to hiring and developing the most efficient and dynamic people.
• Oversee all financial operations, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning to ensure the company's financial health.
• Direct and optimise all aspects of the business operations, from green bean sourcing and quality control to supply chain management and retail customer experience.
• Act as the principal brand ambassador, enhancing brand equity and market presence through strategic marketing and public relations initiatives.
• Lead the senior management team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development to build a high‑performing and motivated workforce.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, and product innovation, while staying current with contemporary market trends.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships with the board, investors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure alignment and support for the company's objectives.
