We are seeking a Sales Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah. The Sales Lead will oversee daily sales activities, lead a team, develop sales plans, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
Responsibilities include :
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends
- Preparing sales forecasts and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals
- Coordinating with internal teams, handling negotiations, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance
- Developing and executing sales plans aligned with company objectives

Sales experience specifically in concrete solutions, including sales planning, client acquisition, and relationship managementLeadership and team management skills, ensuring collaborative and goal‑oriented environmentsMarket analysis and strategic planning to identify opportunities and optimize business performanceStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsProficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis softwareBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the local or regional market is advantageousAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced and competitive environmentApplication
