We are seeking a Sales Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah. The Sales Lead will oversee daily sales activities, lead a team, develop sales plans, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities include :

  • Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends
  • Preparing sales forecasts and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals
  • Coordinating with internal teams, handling negotiations, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance
  • Developing and executing sales plans aligned with company objectives

Qualifications

  • Sales experience specifically in concrete solutions, including sales planning, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Leadership and team management skills, ensuring collaborative and goal‑oriented environments
  • Market analysis and strategic planning to identify opportunities and optimize business performance
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the local or regional market is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and competitive environment
