Lead Fullstack Engineer

Job Description Position : Lead Backend Engineer

Location : Fully Remote (EU timezone, CET ± 2 hours)

Start Date : ASAP

Languages : English (mandatory); French is a plus

Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for leading backend architecture decisions, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating closely with the frontend and product teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

Role Requirements

Strong expertise in NestJS (mandatory)

Experience with Redis cache, queuing systems (RabbitMQ or equivalent), and TypeORM

Familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind CSS

Proficiency in SOAP and REST integration

5+ years of experience in backend development for SaaS products

Proven experience with API integration, caching, and queuing systems

Full professional English fluency

Nice to Have

French language skills

Experience building Chrome extensions

Background in MedTech SaaS

Knowledge of end-to-end encryption

Hands-on experience with SOAP + REST integration

Mobile development experience (especially with React Native)
