We’re looking for a highly creative and forward-thinking freelance Product Designer who can elevate our brand and set our products apart on the shelves.

Role Overview

This isn’t a role for someone who just “makes things look nice.”

We’re searching for a designer who pushes boundaries and can transform ordinary packaging into standout experiences . You’ll lead the design of packaging, product labels, marketing visuals, and in-store displays , making sure every piece reflects freshness, quality, and innovation while staying aligned with our brand identity .

Responsibilities

  • Packaging & Label Design

Create bold, eye-catching, and innovative packaging for fresh produce and related products.

  • Design product labels that are visually appealing, informative, and 100% compliant with food-labeling regulations.
  • Develop sustainable packaging concepts that stand out in the FMCG space.
  • Creative Storytelling

    • Translate brand values and product positioning into striking visual narratives .

  • Present multiple design options and creative directions for each project.
  • Retail & Marketing Assets

    • Design in-store promotional materials , display stands, and point-of-sale visuals that drive engagement.

  • Provide digital-ready assets for campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
  • Trend & Innovation Focus

    • Stay ahead of global design trends , especially in FMCG and fresh produce markets .

  • Recommend cutting-edge design techniques and materials that give us an edge over competitors.

    • Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or Packaging Designer , preferably within FMCG or fresh produce industries .
  • A killer portfolio showcasing bold, innovative, and high-impact designs .
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign , and Figma (or equivalent tools).
  • Strong understanding of packaging structures , color psychology , and visual hierarchy .
  • Familiarity with sustainable packaging trends and food-labeling regulations is a strong plus.
  • Ability to think differently , challenge norms, and deliver designs that stand out .
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments .
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines without compromising creativity .
