To ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of quality raw materials by coordinating with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics.

Job Responsibilities

• Procurement Planning : Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production schedules to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Purchase Order Management : Create, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy in quantity, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Inventory Monitoring : Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal raw material levels.
• Quality Assurance Support : Collaborate with the quality team to ensure all procured materials meet the required specifications.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and price movements to make informed and cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
