Ninja is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Return Team Leader to oversee our returns processing operations. The Return Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing all return operations to ensure efficient,
accurate, and timely processing of returned products. This role ensures that all return activities comply with
company policies and quality standards, while leading and motivating the team to achieve performance targets.
The Return Team Leader acts as the main point of contact between the return operations team, warehouse,
customer service, and quality departments to ensure smooth coordination and continuous improvement of the
return process
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the returns team handling damaged and expired products.
- Train staff on handling, documentation, and process compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline return operations.
- Identify and execute process improvements to reduce losses and maximize recovery.
- Coordinate with inbound, logistics, and stock control teams to ensure smooth product return flow.
- Support communication and issue resolution between departments.
- Conduct regular audits to identify damage and expiry trends.
- Analyze return data for root causes and cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate return terms with suppliers and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (required) ,Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
