We’re looking for an Area Delivery Leader to lead our Professional Service (ProServe) India Delivery Team. This Leader will oversee the delivery of ProServe India cloud transformation programs across our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, hire and develop bar raising talent, build effective partner delivery capacity, and engage customers and C-Level Executives to provide thought leadership, support pre-sales, guide in-flight projects, and ensure delivery exceeds customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with deep technical experience, background with leading technical teams, and experience in Strategic Engagements Delivery, Workforce Planning, and Partner Management. In this capacity you will be based in India and are expected to travel occasionally. You will report into India ProServe Leader and will functionally reporting into APJ ProServe Delivery Director to guide your direct team of Delivery Practice Managers and delivery specialists.

• Lead and grow a team of specialised technical talent across multiple specialty areas e.g., AI / ML, Data and Analytics, Application Development, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Migration
• Own implementation of diverse and multiple (>
