Job Summary
Lead the IT function to provide tools and systems that meet business requirements and support short-, medium-, and long-term corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an organization-wide IT strategy aligned with corporate vision.
- Ensure IT security strategy and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Design and implement enterprise architecture for secure information flow.
- Prepare and manage annual IT budgets and manpower forecasts.
- Oversee IT infrastructure stability and performance.
- Manage vendor relationships for projects above SAR 1 million.
- Establish KPIs and ensure SLA compliance.
- Mentor and develop IT team, succession planning for leadership roles.
Skills
