Eram Talent is looking for a skilled Project Controls Specialist with a focus on Data & Analytics to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality project control solutions by leveraging data analytics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project management within the Oil & Gas and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sectors. Your expertise will help in streamlining processes and improving decision-making through insightful data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project control data analysis frameworks to provide actionable insights.
- Create and implement dashboards and reporting tools that visualize key project metrics.
- Monitor project performance, cost variances, and timelines using advanced analytical techniques.
- Identify trends and anomalies in project data and recommend corrective actions to project managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into project control processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all project forecasting and reporting activities.
- Assist in the development of project control policies and procedures that incorporate data analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas or EPC sectors.Project lifecycle exposure preferred from conceptual Engineering down to PRE-FEED, FEED and Execution.Experience in oil & gas EPC project controls (scheduling, cost estimating / controls) progressive experience preferredExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.Familiarity with project management methodologies and standards.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Proactive problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
