Project Director - 100% (m / f)

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Project Director to join our leading engineering design consultancy firm. This pivotal role requires an exceptional leader with a profound track record in steering large-scale and complex infrastructure, transportation, and mixed-use development projects across the Middle East. You will be instrumental in driving project success from inception to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for major infrastructure, transportation, and mixed-use development projects.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from initial bid and design stages through to construction support.
• Develop, implement, and rigorously monitor project plans, budgets, schedules, and robust risk management frameworks to achieve project objectives consistently.
• Manage comprehensive project governance, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Establish and lead steering committees, ensuring optimal stakeholder alignment and driving critical decision-making across all internal and external partners.
• Develop winning technical and financial proposals for major tenders.
• Foster proactive collaboration with clients, governmental agencies, consultants, contractors, and joint ventures to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement advanced project performance monitoring systems to ensure progress consistently aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) and company objectives.

Lead and mentor project managers and technical teams, cultivating a high- performance, collaborative, and innovative culture.
