Customer Service & Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The company is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling customer inquiries professionally through phone, email, and chat, providing excellent support, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting the company’s products and services to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

Native‑level fluency in the Gulf Arabic dialect.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the Saudi market.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long‑term customer relationships.

Familiarity with CRM systems and remote communication tools.

High level of professionalism, self‑motivation, and time management skills.

Ability to work remotely while meeting performance targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
