Job Description
Manage the care of new and follow-up patients at Riyadh Hospital from consultation through to completion of treatment. Maintain accurate and clear medical records. Ensure consistent medical treatment of patients by working in accordance with agreed protocols and achieve medical continuity of care for the patients. Provide advice to clinical, scientific, and administrative staff. Facilitate own training under the direction of the Medical Director, in accordance with General Medical Board requirements, best practices, and Riyadh Hospital Policies & Procedures and protocols. Take responsibility for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and documentation of activity in support of revalidation. Comply with current laws, regulations, and accreditation standards such as MOH, SCFHS, SFDA, CBAHI, JCI, etc. Ensure the credentials, privileges, and competencies of subordinates. Qualification & Experience Requirements
3rd category credential according to the SCFHS, such as Saudi clinical diploma, Arab Board, Jordanian Board, postgraduate certificate, Syrian Board, or specialty certificate, Egyptian Master, etc. Experience in the same field after obtaining the credential, with a minimum of 2 years or according to SCFHS regulations. For subspecialties, the physician should have fulfilled the required training. Current Registration in the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a Registrar is highly preferred. BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP, ALSO certification depending on the specialty is highly required. Skills and Competencies
Profound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Commitment to the ethical code of the profession and the medical field. Good communication and people management skills. Leadership skills and emotional / social intelligence.
