Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary at Abdullah Alajlan Law Firm located in Jeddah.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents and correspondence in both Arabic and English.

Handle submissions through judicial platforms.

Manage schedules, diaries, and meeting arrangements.

Prepare periodic reports and maintain proper filing systems.

Communicate effectively with clients and external parties, including via social media channels when required.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with judicial platforms and legal procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
