Overview

Design and create detailed 3D decorations for cakes and pastries using materials such as fondant, chocolate, sugar, and edible paint. Collaborate with chefs and the creative team to develop innovative decoration ideas that align with themes, events, or brand aesthetics. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all designs and adjust techniques as required. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in pastry decoration and 3D design. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, tools, and equipment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Assist in training and guiding junior staff on decoration techniques and maintaining quality. Perform additional tasks as directed by his superior to support kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Produce custom 3D decorations based on client specifications, focusing on precision and timely delivery. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in pastry decoration and 3D design. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, tools, and equipment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Assist in training and guiding junior staff on decoration techniques and maintaining quality. Perform additional tasks as directed by his superior to support kitchen operations. Qualifications

Two years minimum of pastry decoration experience, including hands-on work with 3D design. Completion of training courses in Pastry Arts or Fine Arts. Proficient in sugar work, chocolate molding, fondant sculpting, and advanced decorating techniques. Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and visual aesthetics. Artistic, detail-oriented, highly creative, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
