Our Client

We are a leading manufacturer of baby diapers in Asia and are now entering the KSA market. We are looking for a strong CEO with expertise in Baby Diapers Wholesale / Retails Distribution to join us in Riyadh for this exciting opportunity

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an experienced CEO for our operations in the KSA market. The CEO will be responsible for managing one specific business direction :

  • Pre‑Selling (Retail Delivery) — Direct distribution from warehouse to supermarkets and retail

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong sales organization across KSA : selecting, hiring, training, and managing RM (Regional Managers), Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives.
  • Develop the pre‑selling sales strategy for the entire market.
  • Oversee and manage daily performance of the sales force.
  • Manage budgeting, P&L, and financial planning.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of the company.

    • Sales & Market Development

  • Establish strong partnerships with supermarkets, wholesale centers, and retail chains.
  • Develop pricing, discount policies, and market strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and ensure fast adaptation to market demand.

    • Operational Management

  • Supervise warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations.
  • Optimize route planning, store coverage, and delivery efficiency.
  • Set KPIs for all team members and ensure full compliance.

    • Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership position (CEO, GM, Country Manager, Commercial Director).
  • Proven experience in the KSA market with strong networking.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching a brand in the KSA market.
  • Mandatory experience specifically in baby diapers.
  • Experience in food or unrelated categories will not be accepted.

    • Skills

  • Deep understanding of the KSA FMCG and retail landscape.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong financial and operational analytical skills.

    • Legal Requirements

  • Candidate must reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Must hold a valid Transferable Iqama.
  • Only candidates with proven KSA market experience will be considered.
