Quality Assurance Specialist

Summary :

QA Specialist is responsible for implementing and executing quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure products / services consistently meet high standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
• Perform various types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and regression testing.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes, workflows, and systems to enhance quality, efficiency, and minimize errors or defects.
• Identify, document and track software defects using a bug tracking system.
• Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports on findings.
• Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve identified defects.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts (if applicable).
• Ensure the changes or deployed effectively and follow MEDGULF IT QA Policy and Procedures
• Participate in test planning and review meetings.
• Ensure the overall quality and stability of applications.
• Any other relevant tasks assigned by the IT management.
