The Opportunity :

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling thought leadership event sponsorships for in-person events. This individual should be enthusiastic, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager , you will manage a designated account list, prospect new clients, and develop strategic partnerships to increase revenue and brand visibility. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and craft customized sponsorship packages that meet their needs.

The perfect candidate will have extensive sponsorship sales experience, strong communication skills (Arabic proficiency required), and a passion for business development. You should be comfortable in an outbound sales environment, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and navigate a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential sponsors to ensure revenue growth and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their sponsorship needs.
  • Proactively prospect and convert new business opportunities.
  • Create tailored sponsorship packages in collaboration with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the sales team’s success.
  • Demonstrate success in sponsorship sales, especially in event-based or thought leadership sectors.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Achieve sales quotas and drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple client accounts effectively under pressure.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and exceeding targets.

Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in event sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-managed work approach.
  • Experience in a target-driven, competitive environment.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
  • Flexible approach to work, adaptable to a global business environment.
  • Experience working with international clients is preferred.
