Responsibilities

• Plan demand for a portfolio of products, ensuring excellent forecast accuracy and timely replenishment to meet customer service targets.
• Achieve agreed KPIs such as SFD (Sales Forecast Development), IC SL (Internal Customer Service Level), and SSL (Stock Service Level).
• Continuously review and update sales and production forecasts in terms of quantity and value across different time horizons (short, mid, long-term).
• Manage replenishment by placing orders to production sites, suppliers, and co-packers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Ensure forecasting input from Sales, Marketing, and other departments (e.g., promotions, launches, delistings) is timely and reliable.
• Maintain and periodically review planning master data in SAP and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to support accurate forecasting and appropriate replenishment strategies.
• Lead or support the monthly demand planning process and contribute to the S&OP cycle.
• Monitor deviations between forecasts and actual sales and propose corrective actions.
