Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Manage and support the operations team, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Cargo Management : Supervise handling of cargo, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Customs Clearance : Facilitate customs processes and liaise with authorities.
• Billing : Monitor unbilled and billing files for accuracy and timeliness.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement operational enhancements and maintain SOPs.
• Reporting : Prepare performance reports and analyse operational data.
