Roles and Responsibilities

Technical and Engineering Engagement Lead, develop and implement advanced process engineering solutions for

Power, Utilities, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical

Industry Define, configure, and optimize complex simulation models for

Energy Industries . Ensure that the engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation and implementation process at minimum. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise during project execution; Monitor and control assigned work scope against the project plan, Ensure effective change control and identifies risks / opportunities; Reviewing process flow diagrams and P&IDs, and contributing to process discussions; Completing database or schematic changes and implementing complex calculations for data analysis. Manipulating data files and collections field data accurately; Assist and eventually participate on other project and pilot Well versed with utilities optimization in process plants / power generation advanced simulation monitoring and optimization tools. Conduct energy studies with process control, optimization, and de-bottlenecking assessments. Technically manage end-to-end delivery of projects, studies and services Maintenance of process simulation applications installed base across the region. Develop and mentor the process engineering team for engineering services for project and post-delivery support services. Ensure standards / quality compliance, verify deliverables against end-user functional specs. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Interface with clients / vendors, drive technical reviews and resolve queries. Interpret client SOWs / RFQs, contribute to proposal responses with clear scope, deliverables, assumptions, timelines and generate accurate effort and cost estimates. Act as a technical consultant for customers, providing guidance on process improvements and technology adoption. Interface with project leads, engineers, and customers to address technical queries and ensure project alignment with client expectations. Conduct customer training and workshops on process simulation, optimization, and AI-driven engineering applications. Education & Experience B.E / B.Tech in

Chemical Engineering

(Master’s degree preferred). 12+ years

of experience spread across Power Generation, Refinery / Petrochemical operations or process engineering technical services. 2 Hands-on delivery of

process application deployment

for fuel demand model / utilities

for Energy management solution . Conduct at least

3 end to end energy studies

at FEED stage for Oil & Gas / Power sector. Certification in Industrial Software packages from

Aspen, Aveva, EtaPRO, Seeq, C3.AI, etc . Experience in technical sales, business development, or pre-sales within the industrial software / process engineering domain is a plus. Technical Skills Strong background in Rigorous steady state simulation, hydraulic modeling and transient state modeling Conversant with Performance Monitoring based and Data validation and reconciliation Well versed with thermodynamic packages, Steam tables and ASME codes High level understanding of online optimization and AI driven hybrid modeling. Hands-on experience with simulation suite from

ASPEN ,

AVEVA ,

Honeywell ,

Yokogawa , Toshiba, Hitachi and similar modeling tools. Ability to read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs). Competencies & Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. High adaptability to emerging technologies and industry trends.
