Description

Responsible for ensuring the safety of the airport environment through effective response to aircraft emergencies, firefighting, rescue operations, and hazardous material incidents. The candidate will possess a strong sense of duty, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in challenging situations.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent. International Fire Service Accreditation Congress certification (IFSAC), DoD and / or ProBoard. Firefighter I and II ARFF Firefighter Hazardous Materials – Awareness and Operations Apparatus Driver Operator – ARFF Apparatus Driver Operator – Pumper Apparatus Driver Operator – MWS Public Telecommunicator I and II ICS – 100, 200, 700, and 800 CPR / AED Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) issued by a State Agency, or the National Registry Minimum of 3 years firefighting experience in a civilian or military firefighting role. Considerable knowledge of egress and safety procedures of various military and civilian rotary wing aircraft, and structural fire / alarm detection / suppression systems. Expert knowledge of aircraft rescue and firefighting techniques, practices, and equipment, as well as first aid and CPR. As part of the selection process, a physical will be conducted. Candidates must have normal color discrimination, visual acuity correctable to 20 / 20 in one eye, 20 / 30 in the other eye and not more than 20 / 200, each eye, uncorrected. Possesses a valid driver’s license.

Medical Examination :

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record :

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing :

Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
