NextEra is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our multi-channel campaigns and elevate brand visibility across Saudi Arabia. This strategic role is pivotal in driving demand generation, customer engagement, and retention through compelling storytelling, data-driven strategies, and seamless execution across digital platforms. Position Objective

To design, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility for NextEra in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving demand generation, customer expansion, and retention by leveraging creative storytelling, data-driven strategies, and collaborative execution across digital platforms including website, email, social media, SEO / SEM, and content marketing. Key Responsibilities

Manage timelines and coordinate ongoing updates of the NextEra website, mobile app, and social media pages. Develop, maintain, and coordinate the content calendar and digital campaign rollouts aligned with business goals. Execute SEO / SEM / GEO strategies to drive organic traffic and paid campaign performance, tracking and optimizing through analytics tools. Create and deliver digital campaigns that tell compelling stories of Saudi innovation, local impact, and NextEra’s role as a tech leader born in the Kingdom. Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing materials, presentations, and assets. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify key industries and high-value accounts in Banking, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Government, and Entertainment, and tailor digital campaigns accordingly. Work closely and collaboratively with shared services, delivery teams, solution architects, and other stakeholders to deliver goals. Partner with Aramco Digital and LTIMindtree marketing teams to scale joint venture initiatives, providing NextEra’s perspective and feedback. Analyze and report campaign performance against KPIs such as Marketing Driven Pipeline, Sales Accepted Leads, and conversion rates. Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently and find ways to address sales needs and maximize impact without large budgets. Education & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within technology consulting, IT services, or digital marketing agencies. Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel digital campaigns. Strong experience with SEO / SEM tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.). Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and deliver insights to stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management skills managing multiple timelines with different stakeholders. Experience driving alignment with cross-functional teams and agency partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to craft compelling copy. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate across teams and build trusted relationships at all levels. Experience working with public sector clients and understanding of Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation priorities. Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and PowerPoint. Ability to solve problems proactively. Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools. Ability to quickly understand company, customer, messaging, service fundamentals, along with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, digital marketing innovations, and emerging AI tools.
