Experience : 7-12 years of experience in consulting, with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields.Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects successfully.Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and provide high-level advisory services to clients.Communication Skills : Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively in both Arabic and English.Project Management : Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
