Job Description : Sales Specialist – 3M Scott Fire & Safety, Saudi Arabia, Western & Central regions (m / f /

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Sales Specialist - SCBA & Fire for Personal Safety Division in Saudi Arabia, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by :

Leading and managing key accounts in the Western and Central regions, including defence, petrol chemical companies, and other strategic segment. Driving product specification and promotion of 3M safety solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.

Managing and supporting channel partners across Saudi Arabia, conducting monthly reviews to assess sales performance and revenue targets.

Delivering technical product demonstrations for SCBA and serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and complaint resolution.

Organizing and executing end-user engagement activities, including safety days and webinars, in coordination with application engineers and the marketing team.

Acting as the liaison between key clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Overseeing tender agreements and long‑term projects within the Fire Industry, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements :

Saudi nationality

is a must

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in engineering

Technical experience in personal safety products

Experience in the Oil and Gas / petrochemical industry

Proficiency in Arabic and English

Additional knowledge / nice‑to‑have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

Experience with handling communication with Fire brigades and preferred experience with M&CDS (Military and Civil defence)

Proven experience in key account management

Goal‑oriented and proactive

Experience on reporting sales activities, preferably on Salesforce

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Team Player

Presentation skills, Power Point

Negotiation, analytical skills

Location :

Preferred location of candidate is : Jubail area, Jeddah, Dammam, Yanbu, Riyadh. This is a remote position with an expectation to commute to the office from time to time.

Travel expectations :

May include up to 10% (domestic)

Relocation package : Not authorized

Working pattern : Full time
