Senior IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure.

Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resource requirements, and timelines.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business strategies and client requirements.

Identify risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to track progress against milestones.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.

Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Mentor and support junior project managers and team members while promoting professional development.

Qualifications

Saudi nationality is essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management within the IT industry.

Experience in digital transformation projects, system development, and IT infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

Proven track record of managing complex and high‑value IT projects.

Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly preferred.

Additional certifications considered a plus, such as ITIL, COBIT, Agile / Scrum Master.

Proven ability to coordinate with technical and consulting teams and manage vendor performance.

Core Competencies

Good understanding of risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting.

Experience in preparing project documentation (Scope of Work, Project Plans, Progress Reports, Change Requests).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse team settings and manage stakeholder relationships.

Languages

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
