Technical Services Director

to spearhead the design and delivery of cutting-edge ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT, and AV systems across a portfolio of high-end hotels and immersive entertainment destinations for one of our esteemed clients. This is a rare opportunity to shape the digital backbone of iconic projects, integrating next-gen technologies, energy-efficient systems, and seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities

Lead ELV and AV design strategy across large-scale hospitality and entertainment developments. Drive innovation in smart building systems, digital transformation, and integrated technologies. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical excellence and compliance. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring of all technical services. Champion value engineering and continuous improvement across all phases of design and delivery. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master’s Degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in ELV / ICT / AV design for luxury hotels or entertainment venues. Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical teams. Deep knowledge of international standards, technical design codes, and smart building technologies related to ELV Hotel design. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
