Job Summary / Objective

As a Business Application Consultant at Alnafitha IT, this role plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Working within the Business Development Department, this role will mainly be responsible to analyze client requirements, consult on business applications (such as ERP, CRM, HRMS), and ensure successful pre-sales, implementation support, and post-deployment success. You will contribute directly to business growth by enabling clients to leverage application systems that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Design & Optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.
• Conduct thorough process analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across departments such as operations, sales, finance, HR, and service delivery.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, improve collaboration, and align with strategic objectives.
• Regularly assess current business processes for optimization and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Client Support & Relationship Management
