A Plan lead is responsible for managing E2E SC activities for the DPS franchise including but not limited to Demand planning including key events management Collaborate and align cross functional stakeholders to meet the franchise needs in short terms on order fulfillment and in long term to the growth strategy Setting and improving SC metrics for KSA in line with EMEA metrics definitions Bringing efficiencies in franchise SC operations E2E CAPEX execution from forecasting through order fulfilment KPIs
S&OP process adherence in line with plan transformation requirements Work with deliver team to meet the months sales value and ensure maximum fulfillment E2E BU’s Management – develop processes & metrics E2E CAPEX management – forecasting, order management & order execution Single set of alignment between EMEA planning & multi-functional stakeholders KPIs : OTIF Back orders MAPE / BIAS NTS Delivery Inventory / SLOB Main Responsibilities
Forecasting and S&OP Management : maintain and understand sales data at different aggregation levels; gather information and document assumptions from historical data, BI from sales, marketing, finance, retailers, and other sources; produce unconstrained base demand plan with Central planning; maintain & validate assumptions of activities calendar and events forecasting; facilitate S&OP consensus; analyze gaps; measure forecast accuracy; manage a group of brands and support S&OP with local market insights; manage risk and inventory health; work with Medical and Regulatory Affairs to manage supply risks and transitions; manage NPI projects and PIPO changes; collaborate with Data Governance for product codes; forecast CAPEX requirements and ensure full allocation of instrument sets; ensure on-time fulfillments. N / A Profile / Qualifications
University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar Required to handle job complexity and interaction with different business functions Courses in Supply Chain / Logistics 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Hands-on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP Prior ERP experience; IBP experience or qualification preferred Experience with quantitative & qualitative data, reporting; proficiency in Excel; Word and PowerPoint Personal Characteristics
