The Area Coach is responsible for leading and managing multiple restaurants within the assigned territory to deliver operational excellence, financial results, and outstanding customer experience. This role ensures compliance with company standards, drives people development, and executes business initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities : Operations Excellence
Ensure all restaurants consistently deliver high‑quality food, service, and cleanliness in line with brand standards.
Monitor compliance with operational procedures, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
Conduct regular store visits to review performance, identify opportunities, and support Restaurant General Managers (RGMs).
Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant General Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
Build a strong talent pipeline by identifying high‑potential employees and supporting succession planning.
Promote a positive culture of teamwork, recognition, and accountability.
Financial & Business Performance
Achieve sales, profit, and cost targets across all restaurants in the assigned area.
Monitor and control key performance metrics such as labor cost, food cost, and productivity.
Support new store openings and ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
Customer Experience
Actively monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction scores.
Brand & Compliance
Ensure brand standards are consistently implemented and maintained.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
Represent the brand and company values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience, Qualifications, Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 3–5 years in a multi‑unit management role in the QSR industry.
Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
High level of business acumen with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Other Requirements : Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
