Specialist Solution Architect - Telco

Job Summary

The Red Hat Telco Centre of Excellence (CoE) team is looking for a Specialist Solutions Architect to join us. In this role you will support the Telco Sales teams and provide presales technical support to customers. You will work with all major Telco Industry Players onsite or remotely to build a relationship of trust and confidence between Red Hat and the customers engineering, development and operations teams. You will get chances to work on significant projects that are transforming the telco industry. This is a very hands‑on presales role in which you will be responsible for technical Proof of Concepts demos and workshops with customers and partners. You will work closely with sales teams to satisfy the most challenging customers’ requirements, validating and proving Red Hat technology in their environments.

What You Will Do

• Deliver successful Red Hat technology workshops for small to medium teams of technical and non‑technical backgrounds that shape and influence customer use cases and architecture design decisions.
• Scope evaluations and guide customers through successful proofs of concept (PoC) and pilot deployments of Red Hat products in telco network and IT environments.
• Design, create and deliver content that enables the broader Red Hat organization to sell services and support Red Hat telco solutions at scale.
• Work closely with internal product teams, Product Engineering, Professional Services, Support and Sales to ensure a world‑class customer experience with Red Hat products.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements and lower delivery risk.
• Work remotely or occasionally on site across Red Hat’s EMEA telco customers.
