.NET Leader (KSA)

Job Description

The .NET Leader will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of .NET-based applications while leading a team of developers. This role involves architecture solutions, writing and reviewing clean, testable code, and ensuring system performance, scalability, and security. You will guide junior developers, manage technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development with C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong proficiency in building web-based applications using .NET languages, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, ORM frameworks, and architectural styles.
• Experience with front-end interface development.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, BPM) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
