Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company dedicated to creating world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Manager - Entertainment Strategy.

As the Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking entertainment projects and make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities : Support the Director of Entertainment Strategy in executing overarching entertainment asset class strategies to achieve portfolio and assets' ambitions, vision, and objectives. Contribute to the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offerings and financial targets. Develop project documentation for distribution, including but not limited to; Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, various matrices, etc. Collaborate with consultants and third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall scope, engagement objectives, and business expectations. Lead analysis and research on theme park benchmarks and strategic topics to support sound decision-making. Provide input to initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and support implementation across functions. Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear presentation of design and content related to entertainment assets. Prepare presentations and supporting materials for approvals from Qiddiya committees, senior management, and the board of directors. Monitor key assets' KPIs, covering development, business, financial, and operational plans. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
