Job Title

Senior Manager - IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) for Central Development

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships : Act as business agent in IT and advocate for the interests of the business in IT.
• Build trust between IT and the business.
• Understand business needs : Co-define, refine and shape business needs, and anticipate business demand.
• Monitor progress : Discuss IT project status with business stakeholders.
• Share business feedback with the IT organization.
• Raise business tech awareness : Ensure business is aware of IT capabilities and services, and the latest emerging technology related trends that could positively impact the Development business.

Key Skills

Business Domain Knowledge

Possess significant knowledge in the property business domain relevant to the role.

Technical Domain Knowledge

Have a strong understanding of IT systems relevant to Qiddiya Development business.

Analytical Skills

Able to translate business requirements to IT solutions in optimal way and generate business-related insights.

Functional / Process Expertise

Able to shape business IT demand, articulate business technology roadmap and vision, develop business case.

Experience

Have experience in IT project management in relevant industry (e.g., construction, real estate, multi-asset development, local government).

A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business relationship management or consultancy roles.

Extensive experience in business relationship management, business / IT alignment, construction, engineering / property development.

Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a large organization.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging senior executives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
