Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Master Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient master production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and supporting the organization's overall supply chain strategy. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with business objectives and customer demand Analyze production capacity, inventory levels, and supply chain constraints to optimize resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and production planning processes Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management Utilize advanced planning software to simulate various production scenarios and make data-driven decisions Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and production execution Conduct regular reviews of production plans and adjust as necessary to meet changing market demands Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field 10 years of experience in master planning or related field, preferably in manufacturing or production environments Advanced proficiency in planning software such as SAP or Oracle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent data analysis and interpretation abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and lean manufacturing concepts Experience in developing and implementing production schedules and capacity plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred Understanding of industry-specific production processes and supply chain dynamics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Additional Information
